Nordic Tug 37 for Sale

After a love affair lasting years, circumstances have forced us to sell our much loved 2005 Nordic Tug 37, Bella Vita. I really don't want to and we've had some great cruises in her but she's now just not being used and that's sad for any boat. Please read the various posts about the boat. The Exterior

Here's a picture from the starboard bow side.

Here's the starboard side view. You can see dinghy and crane (more on that later)

Here's from on top of the flybridge.
You can see there's full instrumentation up top including a RayMarine chart plotter, remote Mic, and autopilot control and instrument repeaters.

Here's an aft view where you can see the hard dinghy (included) resting in its cradle on the top deck. The electric crane makes it easy to drop it into the water over the side. I made the handrails removable on that side so you don't have to lift it too high.

You can see the dinghy and outboard as well as the removable handrails better in this picture. The crane has nifty wired remote so one person can launch and recover.

Interior

This is looking forward in the salon. Seetee on the left and galley on the right. You can see the fridge (the freezer is aft) as well one microwave (there are actually two aboard).

Here's the settee and dining table. You can remove the table and then they have a nifty pull out section that then turns this into a berth.

Here's the galley looking aft. You can see the propane stove and below that is the convection/microwave oven, the sink (I put a cartridge water filter on the fresh water) and the freezer.

Galley looking forward. The metal door below the microwave is a little appliance garage where we keep the coffee maker etc.

This is my favorite part of the boat, the helm. You can see the Raymarine multifunction display (chart plotter, sonar, radar), the autopilot and below that the Floscan fuel flow meter. Above is the Standard Horizon VHF.

Overview
Sleeps four. Two in master stateroom, two on convertible settee.

Master Stateroom
The Master Head is located to starboard and has an electric Vacu Flush 500+ Unit; large stall shower and sink basin area with storage. Two doors into the head for privacy with guests. 16,000 BTU air-conditioner for stateroom & head.

Main Salon
Kenwood/Sirius Radio/CD Player, Sirius satellite Radio,Bose speakers. Full-beam salon in open to the wheelhouse and aft deck, and solid teak cabinetry and quality fabrics highlight the interior.

Two 12,000 BTU Marine Air conditioning units. One port, one starboard.

Electronics and Navigation

The raised pilothouse is up a few steps and forward from the salon area. Port and starboard are sliding doors leading to the side decks. This is a very nice space equipped with great gear. Aft to port is a settee with teak table.
